Splinterlands is looking for a Graphic Design professional who understands that Design is not Art. Design is about effectively and strategically communicating with very specific goals in mind. Your success is measurable. Company objectives are won or lost based upon your ability to move your audience…and you do not lose.

You will be responsible for producing pixel-perfect sales/marketing assets, social media visual content, motion graphics, and website visuals. While doing so, you will ensure that the Graphic Design team stays on track to meet all deadlines while maintaining brand guidelines and maximum production quality. You will collaborate with the Creative Director, Sales, Marketing, UX Designers, UI Designers, and the Art team to bring glory and praise to Splinterlands!

You should have a black belt in design principles, color theory, typography, and all current trends/practices. You should be an excellent communicator and be prepared to mock up concepts and support the development of presentations and pitch decks.

Things You Need:

  • At least 5 years professional Graphic Design experience
  • Expert with Adobe Photoshop
  • Expert with Adobe Illustrator
  • Expert with Adobe InDesign
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
  • Top Notch, Ultra Typography skills

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Proficiency with Adobe Animate
  • Experience as a creative professional in the Gaming industry
  • Experience in leading a team or project management
  • Proficiency with other design applications (Affinity, Procreate, etc)
