This is a fully remote position.

The Industry-leading online NFT trading card game is looking for a digital marketing manager to join our growing company. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be an effective collaborator with marketing team members and digital partners, and take a leadership role in both strategy and day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns. Our consumers are our community, and the ideal digital marketing manager will help us grow this community while maintaining our high level of brand integrity and values.

To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to effectively do the following.

  • Oversee all stages of digital campaign development and execution. Campaigns span digital advertising, email, social media, and SEO.
  • Manage day-to-day agency and internal campaign communications.
  • Work with team members to develop marketing goals and KPIs. Evaluate campaign efficacy against these metrics in real-time and post-campaign reporting.
  • Use internal and external tools, as well as your understanding of the sales funnel, to continually optimize campaigns.
  • Use testing and data-driven decision-making to provide actionable insights into campaign strategy.
  • Determine quickly and communicate clearly to all stakeholders when changes should be made to digital strategy.
  • Help coordinate operational details of the campaign, including timelines and asset management and approval.
  • Leverage your rich understanding of social media campaign tactics to launch engaging and effective campaigns.
  • Identify and share digital marketing trends and new channel launches.

We ask that you have at least 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and at least 3 years as a digital marketing manager. The ideal candidate will have marketing experience in gaming.
